The client was a homeowner residing the suburban area and was experiencing extreme temperature fluctuations inside his house. During summer, the upper floors became excessively hot, making it uncomfortable for his family. In winter, the lower floors felt chilly despite using the heating system. The client was worried about energy inefficiency as well as the discomfort. 

Based on our assessment, we provided the client with the scope of work, materials to be used, and a cost estimate. We recommended spray foam insulation and explained the benefits, such as its high R-value, ability to seal air leaks, moisture resistance, and soundproofing capabilities. The client was convinced that spray foam insulation was the right solution for his attic insulation in Great Nick. 

Once, the spray foam insulation was installed, the client saw a reduction heat transfer from the attic to the living spaces during summer and preventing cold drafts during winter. Being a partner of the National Grid Total Home Comfort Program, we also helped the client earn significant rebate on insulation upgrade.
